Baking Powder: Leaving and rising agent for a wide variety of cakes and soft batters. Used with a dosage of 20 gr. to 40 gr. per 1 kg of flour. Packed in 5 kg plastic bucket or 10 kg paper bag.


Vanilla: Powder vanilla flavor used for a wide variety of cakes and soft batters. Packed in 1 kg plastic bucket.

 

Anglo – English cake: Powder ready mix for the production of cup cake and English cake. Packed in 10 kg paper bags.

 

Spango – Sponge cake:  Powder ready mix for the production of Sponge cake. Packed in 10 kg paper bags.

 

Cream Chantilly:  Instant cream chantilly powder form used as toppings for all kinds of pastry. Dosage 1 kg cream chantilly with 3 kg of water or milk. Packed in 10 kg paper bags.

 

Custard: Instant custard base with vanilla flavor for all types of pastries. Suitable to bake or freeze. Packed in 10 kg paper bag.

 

Powdered Sugar: Powder sugar used for a wide variety of pastry products. Packed in 10 kg paper bags.
